Class Descriptions: |
Cardio & Sculpting - A combination of cardio and body defining exercises to push your limits!
Beginning Cycling - Same class as cycling, but at a lower intensity. Still a great workout using large muscle groups. Learn the moves and get your body in shape!
Abs & Back - Learn to work your deepest abdominal muscles.
Cycling - This class is for those people wanting the ultimate sweat! You will have a great cardiovascular workout with intervals using large muscle groups in the lower body and burn up to 500 calories in just 60 minutes!
Cycling & Circuit - Take the ultimate sweat workout for 30 minutes and pair it with a 30 minute weight training circuit for an awesome total workout!
Dance, Dance, Dance - Aerobic dance, during which instructor shows high and low impact versions for a fun, energetic 60 minutes!
Fitball - The Fitball class is done using a large ball as a prop for your body while preforming various exercises. These exercises are done with bands, bars, etc. and many are done with just your body weight. This class is often combined with a cardio class for a complete workout.
Kick Boxing/Sculpt - Low impact, high intensity cardio and sculpting class combining intervals of kick boxing techniques with weight lifting and body scupltomg moves for an overall great workout that will burn the fat and tone the body. 60 minute class is open to all levels.
Pilates w/Props - This class starts with yoga flows to warm the muscles to prepare you for the Pilates exercises that will strengthen your core as well as the rest of your body. You will utilize the Pliates breathing technique to help intensify the effects of the exercises , increasing lung capacity and help you focus internally on all the exercise you do. Mind-body exercises such as Yolates and Yoga are great to incorporate into every workout schedule at least once a week for a balanced workout program. All levels welcome. 60 minute class.
Quiet Zone Yoga - This class combines basic yoga postures with strength and felxibility training. It ends with deep relaxation. All levels welcome! 75 minute class.
Senior Fitness Aerobics - This class is designed for the more mature adult that needs a low impact, strength building and balance improving workout.
Step - Using a 4 to 6 inch step bench, working large muscle groups. Instructor shows both hi and low impact moves throughput the 60 minute class.
Step it Up - This class is great for those looking to challenge themselves. Doing a little step aerobics and using props, doing basic callisthenic exercises coupled with some basic weight training, you will burn those calories like you've never done before. 60 minute class.
Sculpting w/a Kick - Using free weights, weighted bars, and resistance bands to shape, tone, and strengthen muscles, and mix it up with intervals of Kickboxing for a low impact but fun and high calorie burning workout! 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Vinyasa Yoga - This class builds in power as you move through the yoga flows and somewhat difficult poses; you will leave feeling well and energized! 60 minute class.
