It all started when…
I've always been an athlete. In high school I was in cheer, soccer, and track. These after school activities molded me into the athlete I am now. But that wasn't enough. Learning about what is healthy for the human body is fascinating. Not many people know the truth about what is put into the man made food as I call it. The "healthy stuff" as in cereal, yogurt, bread etc.
Now that I have the knowledge and drive to change the lives of others, that is what I am set to do. I train hard, eat healthy everyday and get an adiqute about of sleep (depending on work).
